Meet the Hendersons
We're Keith and LaTasha Henderson, the husband-and-wife team behind 2B1 Travel by Dream Vacations - a veteran-owned travel agency built on one simple idea: every trip should earn its place in your life, whether it's a long weekend away or the expedition you've been dreaming about for years. We believe travel isn't just about where you go - it's about how it makes you feel. Every trip we plan is one that's actually worth taking.
Founded by LaTasha in 2018, 2B1 Travel specializes in cruises, safaris, luxury resorts, and personalized land journeys designed to awaken curiosity and deepen connection. LaTasha brings the passion, the research, and the hands-on planning behind every itinerary. Her husband Keith, a military veteran, is her partner in business as much as in life - his service is what gives 2B1 Travel its veteran-owned distinction, and his steady support is behind everything we do.
We're not a brochure. We're the real thing. That means we won't sell you a trip because it's flashy or because it's what everyone else is booking. We'll ask what you actually want, what's actually going to make this trip worth taking, and then go find it. Whether that means a river cruise through the Mekong, a week photographing penguins in Antarctica, or a straightforward, well-planned beach vacation with your kids, each journey is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you.
We love expedition travel and river cruising especially - the kind of trips that get you somewhere real, not just somewhere pretty. But we haven't forgotten where we started, and we're not interested in only working with clients chasing the biggest trip on the list. Some of our most loyal clients have been with us for years, long before they were ready for a trip like that, and we plan to keep earning that loyalty the same way we always have.
LaTasha holds her CLIA Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) certification and has completed extensive supplier training across cruise lines and destinations worldwide. From 2023 to 2025, she served simultaneously on the Dream Vacations Advisory Council and the CruiseWorld Advisory Board, and in 2023 was honored as a Dream Vacations Brand Ambassador and Godmother of Conference. In 2026, 2B1 Travel was recognized by Jamaica Cruising as one of the top agencies for cruise passenger volume to Jamaica in 2025 - a nice reminder that the work we put in behind the scenes adds up to something real, something the destinations appreciate.
At 2B1 Travel, we make the process seamless - from the first inquiry to your return home. With expert guidance, insider access, and a personal touch, we turn your dream into a perfectly planned reality. Whatever the trip, you'll be working directly with us. No call center, no handoff to whoever's available - just two people who care about getting this right.
